As the voice of Pennsylvania’s nearly 1,000 new car and truck dealerships, PAA serves an industry that has seen enormous changes in technology, regulations, business models, and workforce needs.

We worked with the Association to establish a strategic direction that would serve the dealer community through initiatives in workforce development, technology training and the management of “big data” across the dealership spectrum.

We have also provided strategic guidance to Association’s charitable arm, the PAA Foundation, since its inception in 2002 in its mission of “connecting donors and their causes.”
