ONLINE TRAINING

Our e-learning solutions provide on-demand training at the learner’s desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device – at the learner’s convenience. The highly interactive format provides a rich visual and narrated learning experience that can be applied immediately. A variety of built-in activities ensure plenty of practice, feedback and learner engagement. As part of a “blended” solution, our online courses cover essential knowledge and include reference materials the learner can return to at any time, allowing complementary classroom training to focus on skill-development through hands-on activities.

INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

We design and deliver classroom training for client-specific topics, and also deliver hundreds of workshops annually from our catalog of interpersonal, leadership, management and performance topics. We recognize that instructor-led training is a major investment for both the organization and the participant, and we work hard to ensure a high rate of return on that investment. For the organization, this means relevant topics that improve workplace performance and organizational outcomes. We honor each training participant’s investment of time, energy and attention with lessons that build skills, knowledge and confidence.

ACADEMIES

We design and administer academy-style training to help organizations build capabilities among target groups, such as senior managers, emerging leaders or new supervisors. These academies engage a cohort of learners over multiple sessions, during which they complete inter-session assignments and apply new learning on the job. We customize each academy, taking into account your unique culture, objectives and previous training practices. Each academy is built on the solid backbone of our field-tested and validated course content, allowing us to be cost-effective in development and efficient in delivery.

COACHING

Even great performers have coaches. We capitalize on the objective view a coach can provide on behavior and performance. With significant business and training experience of their own, our coaches help their clients build skills in interpersonal effectiveness and a variety of leadership practices. We also tap into a number of self-discovery assessments to help clients see their behavior as others do—and we guide and support each client in making changes that make a difference.
