K.C. Yi-Taylor is an Instructional Developer with Dering. She designs and develops training courses, organizational evaluations, and assessments. K.C. has coordinated the development of a wide variety of courses and programs for financial service institutions, state and federal public agencies, nonprofits, assisted living and retirement community networks, automotive dealerships, manufacturers, engineering firms, and more.

K.C. has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and 28+ years of instructional design and development experience. KC has been with Dering since 1994.
Interests
K.C. enjoys reading, hiking, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling with her husband and son to both new destinations and cherished favorites. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Central PA and is committed to personal and organizational development. K.C. recently began volunteering at the Helen O. Krause Animal Foundation, a no-kill animal shelter.
