Lynn is an Instructional Developer who collaborates with our clients to develop blended learning solutions that meet their needs. She combines project management, instructional development, and graphic design throughout the project to create products that engage learners and address organizational goals. Lynn has over 23 years of experience leading professional development design, development, implementation, facilitation, and assessment.

Interests

Lynn owns and runs The Wells Farm and Farmstand which offer fruits, vegetables, nuts, jams, canned goods, and honey that are produced on her farm. She loves to partner with other local farmers to learn from their experience and share their bounty in the Farmstand. Lynn also enjoys restoring houses and salvaged items. Lynn has an established nut grove and works with the Nut Growers association allowing them to take cuttings and nuts from her trees. Some of her trees and plants have been around since the 1950s! When members of the community visit the Farmstand, she often gives farm tours teaching about what’s in season and more.
