Education & Credentials

Steve earned his doctoral degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Educational Leadership in Higher Education. He completed his coach certification training through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and currently holds the Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has more than 900 hours of experience coaching leaders across multiple industries. In addition, he earned the Senior Professional of Human Resource (SPHR) certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Steve also is a Senior Lecturer in the International Business & Management department at Dickinson College. He was selected by Dickinson College’s Class of 2023 as the recipient of the Constance & Rose Ganoe Memorial Award for Inspirational Teaching.

Interests

Steve enjoys tennis, golf, cooking, and attending his daughter’s volleyball competitions. Steve is also a passionate Philadelphia Flyers’ fan. Whenever he can, Steve likes to retreat with a good book and his French Bulldog, Pearl. Steve is an active member in his church community.
